Client : F500 Telecommunications Company.
Develop and implement channel marketing and support strategy for launch of new division within established corporation. Identify differentiation and individual needs for news set or partners to engage in "sell to" and "sell with" strategies.
Inscite worked with the management team to develop program recommendations, guidelines and launch strategy to support new business models and partners. Program complimented existing partner program within organization but provided support required by new partner set. A structured approach provided the blueprint for developing a successful program to serve a new business model. Execution of the business plan created an entry into a new market segment.

Client : Global Software and Services Company.
Develop private placement M&A documentation for large software and services provider in the Asset Management industry. Manage process with global investment bank to raise acquisition and expansion capital for the purchase of the company and 3 subsidiaries.
Inscite began by working with the management team to develop a comprehensive company analysis, including products and market(s), competitive, financials, contracts/clients, and go-to-market strategy. From there, Inscite worked closely with the Investment Bank to develop a comprehensive presentation as well as the data room for confidential company documents. Finally, Inscite developed a detailed private placement memorandum.
This effort served as the model for the successful sale of the software company, as well as all of the parent company's subsidiaries.

Client : Pro-Savvy e-business solutions provider.
Improve efficiency of strategic marketing program by reducing marketing spend by 30% with no appreciable negative impact on demand generation. Also, reposition company for profitable growth in a declining market via comprehensive marketing strategy driving customer acquisition and retention
Inscite worked with the management team to develop in-depth ROI analysis of each of its marketing programs. The ROI analysis was the driving force in allowing the company to reduce spend without putting its demand generation program at risk. A disciplined approach to developing a market overview and competitive analysis provided the basis for developing a strategic business plan for repositioning the company to serve a broader market. Execution of the business plan created profitable growth in a declining market.

Client : deepmarble, Inc., an e-business services provider.
Develop business plan to assist in obtaining funding.
Inscite worked with deepmarble in developing a business plan and presentation for venture capitalists. The project involved conducting in-depth industry and competitive research to develop a thorough understanding of the ASP and e-business environment. From the research a business plan and overall positioning strategy was developed to allow deepmarble to approach the venture capital community to obtain funding for their organization.
Complete business plan which was used to obtain angel funding.

Client : e-business solutions provider.
New service offering packaging and launch strategy and implementation.
Inscite worked with the client in packaging and launching a key industry-specific service offering. Inscite developed a marketing plan and development survey. We then worked with our client to define: key differentiators, marketplace trends, target market, features and benefits, in-depth solution description, competition, complementary services, pricing strategy and sales tools. Lastly, we developed and implemented an offering launch plan.
A successful product launch for an offering which met projected revenue targets.
