Hollen M. Ferrendelli, Partner Hollen has 20 years experience in business management and operations in several industries including healthcare, venture capital, high-tech and non-profit sectors. With extensive expertise in strategic planning, restructuring and day-to-day management, she brings two decades of experience in employee relations, operations and facilities, strategy and management. An expert with companies in transition, Hollen has successfully performed start-ups, shut-downs and turn-around operations and facilities management.
Hollen also has 9 years training and experience in conflict resolution, transformational, and relationship skills. In addition to providing consulting services in outsourced management and executive coaching (via Think InsideOut – www.think-io.com), Hollen is responsible for the overall business development and day-to-day activities of Inscite Partners.
Hollen graduated with a B.S. in Health Care Administration from the University of North Florida and from the University of Denver with an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution. In her spare time, she enjoys education and health advocacy, mentoring, peer counseling, fitness, and gardening.
Tony Ferrendelli, Partner
With more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience, Tony has developed numerous high-level marketing programs, channel and partner strategies and communication plans. These include successful strategies and product launches for a variety of domestic and international clients, companies and industry sectors including financial services, insurance, technology, telecommunications and consumer products. Most recently, Tony developed global channel strategies for Avaya, a leading telecommunications provider to support service providers and systems integrators in joint go-to-market efforts.
As a consultant with the Feld Group (now EDS, and HP company), he provided marketing and communication strategy to enterprise software and emerging technology organizations. Prior to the Feld Group, Tony was the Director of Relationship Marketing for EDS' CRM division. With a strong specialization in direct response, Tony has balanced exposure to both consumer and business-to-business marketing, as well as assignments in the agency, vendor and client environments.
Tony graduated with a B.S. from the University of Colorado and received his M.B.A. with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Denver. He is currently on the Board of Cancer Support Communities Colorado.
Denise Garcia, Partner
Denise brings more than 18 years of results focused marketing leadership and proven expertise across all marketing disciplines, including extensive strategic and tactical experience in both business-to-business and consumer marketing. Denise has worked with businesses of all sizes, from entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 100 companies.
Denise's accomplishments include successful launch of key CRM and vertically focused business units, brand launches, proven ROI-based marketing programs, product development and launch efforts, successful international market expansion strategies, and several successful merger and acquisitions efforts for companies in transition. Over the last several years, Denise has been part of a team of professionals focused on business restructurings which have resulted in successful outcomes for investors. Most recently, Denise served as VP Global Marketing for TrenStar (global asset tracking), responsible for leading and developing the company's product and marketing strategies, and overseeing global marketing operations.
Prior to that, Denise served as VP Marketing for Synertech (an e-commerce solutions company); as Director of Marketing for EDS's CRM division; and began her career developing and implementing acquisition and retention programs for Citibank's credit card portfolio. Denise holds a B.S. in Marketing.
